thanks Kayal. for long I wanted to do it. finally her it is. more than sharing with others, it actually helps me convince myself of my decisions as well as to address one of my investing weaknesses (too diversed portfolio) by focusing on just a handful active investments. so not very keen on publicising it but open for some to come & share.
